Julia Smith is NTEN's Education Manager. Previously she served as NTEN's Community Development Manager, and she continues to work closely with all of NTEN's 501 Tech Club leaders, supporting local organizing efforts to connect and energize #nptechies across the U.S., Canada, and beyond.

Previously, she spent six years at Idealist.org, most recently as Communications Manager. Julia is also co-founder of the nonprofit 826DC, a drop-in tutoring and creative writing center in Washington, DC.
