As a nonprofit leader, choosing the best mix of infrastructure and technology to support your integrated marketing, fundraising and program operations can be a big challenge. How do you balance the need to operate efficiently with tracking data points from marketing and programmatic efforts — all while effectively managing your staffing and budgetary resources? In this panel session, members of the Integrated Marketing Advisory Board (the IMAB) will discuss various perspectives and approaches to technology and systems, and how to choose the best mix to support your nonprofit’s efforts.

Attendees will learn more about topics related to: 1) Size and scope; 2) budget and staffing resources; 3) complexity and diversity of marketing efforts; 4) ability to act and utilize advanced technology.
