#14NTCMARK

Do you love mapping out new initiatives but struggle to get projects off the ground? Or maybe you jump into the next marketing push before finishing your last? Or perhaps you get a lot done every day but struggle to move bigger picture projects forward? Join us to talk productivity, planning, and getting great ideas out of your head and into action. Inspired by Todd Henry’s book Die Empty, this open discussion will give attendees a chance to join with peers and share strategies for staying focused, productive, and happy on the job. This session is for marketing and communications professionals in nonprofits or those who work with them.

Attendees will learn: 1) How other people manage marketing agendas and projects to maximize their value. 2) How to assess your own strengths and leverage them to do your job better. 3) You’ll engage with peers, hearing their stories and gathering ideas you can take back to your office.
