#14NTCwebtriage

Watch Recording

You have a shiny new website that's misbehaving - your homepage isn’t rendering properly on your executive director's mobile phone and the market source data for your last big email campaign has gone missing. Your phone is ringing and you want to hide under your desk. Learn how to triage site problems, test for other issues on an ongoing basis, and get tips for avoiding disasters moving forward. Walk out with tools to make sure your next website emergency doesn't result in a trip to the real ER. Attendees will hear from a panel of Jackson River clients and the Jackson River professional services team.

Attendees will: 1) Find out what tests you should do on your site after making any big changes; 2) Learn how to triage a support issue and make sure that the right person is contacted; 3) Get concrete tips for having a stable site in the future; 4) Walk through useful tools for website debugging.
