Updated description as of March 13:

Wishing they had you at hello? It may appear that all the good ones have already been snatched up but they are out there. You just need to make sure you are looking for the right one. During this session we will discuss two different resource options - hiring employees and contracting consultants. You will learn which option you should pursue, where the talent is located, and how to analyze if they are a match. We will also discuss why your role is critical to the success of the process and what you can be doing now before you even start your search. This session is for nonprofit professionals who are in charge of finding and hiring talent in the technology field.

Attendees will walk away with: 1) Clear understanding of pros and cons of each resource option; 2) Steps your organization should take in order for the process to be a success; 3) Tools to locate and evaluate each resource option; 4) Steps you can take to secure great talent and build a lasting relationship.
