Nicola Leckie is on the Online Marketing Manager at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. Her professional passion is to drive business results by applying analytics to creative marketing initiatives. She has direct mail and CRM experience with several Fortune 500 companies in the consumer packaged goods and retail industries. She now applies her “for profit” experience on the nonprofit side. The Cornell Lab’s online fundraising doubled this past year largely in part to the inbound initiatives Nicola and the Lab have put in place to grow the email database.
