Ann Marie Olivo is programming manager of Tendenci (formerly Schipul) an Open Source software platform for NonProfits, Membership Associations, and Arts Organizations.    Ann has a PhD in linguistics from Rice University. She has been a lecturer and field researcher in higher education, and has lead conferences and service projects within the linguistics and K-12 education communities.  Ann is also involved in the arts community as a dance performer and instructor.
