As the lead client support liaison for PICnet's clientele, Brad has spent a lot of time thinking about how to create a positive, responsive communication structure between clients and the PICnet team. His overarching strategy has been to implement an approach that he refers to as the "Soapbox Salon" which is a client-forward, high-touch method for providing technical support to accidental techies in the non-profit world.
