I am passionate about fundraising for small non-profits working on women's and children' isses. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Multinational Business from Florida State University, but have worked in non-profits since graduation. I joined SCAN’s staff in August after returning from two years abroad as a Peace Corps volunteer in Albania. I have worked for over 13 in non-profit fundraising and development, primarily focusing on small human services organizations. My professional fundraising career began in Tallahassee Refuge House, a domestic violence/rape crisis organization serving eight counties. From there, I continued my career at PACE Center for Girls Treasure Coast, part of a statewide non-profit working with at-risk teenage girls. I have also served as a volunteer for the Fund for Alexandria’s Child, Computer CORE and as a board member for the Friends of Albania.
